Sudhanshu Palsule, PhD

Sudhanshu Palsule is an award-winning educator, C-suite advisor and leadership coach, and is regarded as one of the leading thinkers in the fields of Complexity and Transformative Leadership. He is deeply committed to helping design human-centered leadership and organizations in a 21st century context of digital technology and AI, complex global problems, and rapid change.

Sudhanshu is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge. As a C-suite advisor, he works with top teams to help them create breakthroughs in their thinking and the way they work together. He also has extensive experience of working in the industry: he has held positions as the Global Head of Organization Development for Anglian Water, and as a Senior Advisor for Leadership Development at the United Nations.

He has written several books, the more recent ones being Rehumanizing Leadership (with Michael Chavez), and The Social Leader (with Frank Guglielmo), His new book, Guiding the Tide was released in October 2024 in New York and London.

Sudhanshu has lived and worked in four continents and considers himself to be a global citizen.

Andrew Lobo

Andrew has over 25 years combined practitioner and consulting experience in operations, strategy, finance, marketing and human resources.

An expert facilitator, Andrew has advised clients and delivered projects on 6 continents and has worked with S&P 50 companies, mid-cap companies, small businesses, and start-ups across a wide range of industries.

He has led the development and implementation of a transformative business strategy for a $3.4 billion company, driving the stock price from $19 to $37 within 18 months. Additionally, he led a people-centered operational transformation that increased sales by 20%, EBITDA by 300%, and market cap by 300%.

Andrew has developed multiple business plans and cash flow models, valued companies, and has raised $55 million in capital. He has also served as CHRO for two private-equity-backed companies.

He has a BS with honors from St. Peter's University (Accounting) and an MBA with Honors from Vanderbilt University. Andrew is a CPA (non-practicing) and holds both UK and USA passports.

Deborah Muller

Leadership Development Specialist, Educator and Executive Coach

Prior to forming her own firm, Lever & Place, Debbie spent 22 years with the Boston Consulting Group, most recently as Senior Director of learning and development for the global firm's 1600+ Managing Directors and Partners. In that capacity and in other roles prior, she was known for repeatedly finding a creative and pragmatic path from development needs to solutions. Early in her BCG career, Debbie worked served the firm's clients in several industries on marketing, organization and innovation topics.

Prior to BCG, Debbie was an adjunct professor of marketing at Ohio State and Queens University. She also consulted independently, supporting clients such as Borden Chemical and Battelle Labs on strategic and marketing plans. She began her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

Debbie holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in Commerce and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She resides in the Chicago area and has served as an elected member of her local school board.

Prior to founding Baem, Michelle established the Leadership and Learning function at Audible, an Amazon company, launching the company's first suite of management-development learning initiatives. Before that, she led two years of 100 percent year-over-year growth at venture-backed educational startup General Assembly, leading the organization's global expansion and building the core strategic asset upon which The Adecco Group's $400M acquisition was based. Michelle also spent eight years holding several roles at Duke Corporate Education, then ranked by the Financial Times and BusinessWeek as the No. 1-ranked provider of customized executive education.

A First-Generation Professional herself, Michelle is a former newspaper reporter and editor, and earned her B.A. in journalism from Penn State University and her Ed.M. in higher education from Harvard University, where she focused on organizational and leadership theory.
